THE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS NONPROFIT RELIEF FUND APPLICATION

County Executive Angela Alsobrooks announced an additional appropriation of $3 million to assist non-profit organizations that have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 crisis and/or other circumstances.
The Strategic Partnerships Nonprofit Relief Fund will provide grants up to $100,000 to non-profit organizations with a physical address/location in Prince George’s County.
Applications will be accepted between July 7, 2021 and July 30, 2021.
ELIGIBILITY:
  • Physical location must be in Prince George's County.
  • Must be in “good standing” with the State of Maryland.
  • Not be in bankruptcy or litigation.
  • Have incurred financial losses caused directly or indirectly by the COVID-19 public health emergency.
  • Must be a 501c3 or 501c4 non-profit organization.
  • Recipients of the County’s COVID-19 Business Relief Fund, Legacy Fund, and municipal grant programs are eligible to apply.
USE OF GRANT:
Non-profits may receive a grant up to $100,000 to support operating expenses (rent, payroll, inventory, insurance, utilities).
HOW TO APPLY:
To apply for funds, fill out the application in its entirety by deadline
Prior to submission of your application, confirm that your non-profit is “Active” and in “Good Standing” by using SDAT’s free search the link below. Evidence of Good Standing is required to complete the online application.

If your non-profit is not in good standing, you will be ineligible to receive funds.
Non-profits that have received funds through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) or Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) programs will be required to identify how much they have received and when.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
NOTICE OF GRANT AWARD & ACCEPTANCE:

Recipients of a grant will be notified by email provided on the application. Applicants will certify at the end of the application that all information provided is accurate and true. Grant recipients, and the dollar amount of the grant received, are public information. Award must be spent by December 31, 2021.
FINAL REPORTING:

Final reports for this grant are due January 31, 2022. Please refer to Microsoft Word - April 2012 report - Final(washingtongrantmakers.org) for guidance on how to compose your report. Once completed , please send to pgcnonprofits@co.pg.md.us
